No, Nick. No to both.

To upgrade your system, do:

yum upgrade

You will first need to import the GPG keys in 

/usr/share/doc/rpm-4.3.2

When in this directory as root, do:

rpm --import RPM*

Note the capital letters. They matter.

After doing this, run the above yum command.
