pending beta testing, Zipspeak 9.1 will be available

iAt is.  However, there are those out there who are just starting out with
Linux, and who just want to download edit a bat file for the synth, and go!
And go they shal.  I'll add more stock zipspeak packages in the future, see
previous posts.
