Compiling Speakup 1.5

Hi.

I've got linux 2.4.26 and speakup 1.5 happily running here. You should
expect only one patch failure, miscdevice.h. If this is the only
failure you got, then you should go ahead and compile things, and
expect everything to run ok. If you got other patch failures, you
might want to post exactly what you did.
