speakup - kernel compilation failure

The reason is rather simple, the boot cd is worked up to use kernel
2.4.20 and so I want to use the same kernel in order to be sure
everything matches and all that. I am not so sure I could compile
another kernel like 2.4.25 and get away without any other problems, but
if I could then of course that wouldn't be a problem to change the
version.
