hi, how do you determine the correct mount point I have a directory caloled /zip but when I try to mount the drive as follows mount -t vfat /dev/sda4 /zip I get the error that says /dev/sda4 is not a valid block device. The zipdisk is one that I normally use under windows. Yes, the zip drives will work with Red Hat 9, but you will need the correct mount point and a place to mount your zip in to. For example: mount /dev/sda4 /mnt/zip Also you need the correct kernel modules loaded or else it won't work correctly. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Roy Nickelson" <roylee@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Speakup is a screen review system for Linux." <speakup at braille.uwo.ca> Sent: Wednesday, April 14, 2004 2:14 PM Subject: zip drive > Hi, > is the iomega zip 100 accessable under redhat 9? > I have tried to access it in 2 ways.
