Jude, if you are going to come up with a Rube Goldberg solution to a problem at least be sure you have a problem. Nevermind that he never did. The Knoppix CD needs to be burnt onto an 80 minute CD. You also need to specify the -overburn flag appropriate for whatever package you're using to burn the disk either cdrecord or cdrdao. I am sure man cdrecord or cdrdao will provide abundant instructional moments or pleasure.
