the Lexar Jumpshot drives are supported by Linux. However, you should be aware that the support is currently experimental and such can be dangerous. It probably won't crash your machine, however I would advise that if you use the drive under Linux, don't keep critical data on it. Then again, that argument can be made for any storage device.
