Yeah, I even asked about it on the #mutt irc channel. Their recommendation was to use different .muttrc configurations and sendmail -f site.domain... to have your mailer pass different options to sendmail/exim or whatever. As far as I can tell if you want to access different accounts on different machines or whatever you are stuck with pine.
