Speakup and DECTalk PC

Hi Kirk:

I saw that, but, it looks like the tool is already compiled.  I notice
there is a dtload.c file in the speakup directory in the kernel tree.  Is
that the same thing and does anything get done with it?  I'd like to
compile it on my own.
