I made a mistake yesterday when I posted this message regarding the MSN Jabber gateway. The correct gateway ID is msn.gate.amessage.de. So the /agenthelp command in Imcom should read /agenthelp msn.gate.amessage.de The registration process should take over with no problem from that point, as everything else I said was correct.
