rawrite for windows

I should have said in one of the older HOWTO's, as floppy diskette
booting is no longer supported in RH 9.

If you ftp to linux-speakup.org and cd to the redhat directory, you'll
see older HOWTO html files there. Either the 8 or 73 HOWTO will do it.
