I'm pretty sure that the .0 IP is the network address in this case--especially seeing it being followed by the netmask. If you have a static IP and your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, it is pretty likely that the gateway starts with .1 with the first 3 octets being the same. For example, if my IP is 192.168.1.23, there's a good chance that the gateway is 192.168.1.1.
