No. Not without sighted assistance.

The ability to install without sighted assistance is claimed by the
marketers of TALX.

PS: If anyone buys either Mobile Accessibility or TALX, please file a
complaint with the FCC for a Section 255 violation on the part of your
phone company and Nokia. See http://www.afb.org/section255.asp.

Why? Because, by U.S. law, you shouldn't have to pay a single dime for
telephone accessibility.
