CVS speakup and punc_level all

Chuck this is true. You need punc_level to be set to 3 when coding. You
can't assume a -> is a ., because if you did you would have a big problem!

May you code in the power of the source,
may the kernel, libraries, and utilities be with you,
throughout all distributions until the end of the epoch.
