Well, I checked on sourceforge and freshmeat and while there was some primising stuff, I did not find any lame packages and noted the "bladeenc" refeenced which turned on the lightbulb in my head and I remembered I had that program here. I guess it is old, but does the job very nicely with just two command line arguments. -- charlie.
