speakup 1.5 works with linux 2.4.21

Speakup under 2.4.21 works fine even though you get that failed patch message. You see one of the hunks adds a couple of lines that define the minor device number for the synthesizer. Because that file is different in 2.4.20 than in 2.4.21, the patch hunk fails. However, it works just fine because as of 2.4.21 the minor device number for the synthesizer is included in the kernel with no patching.
