The Windows version is at http://www.fourmilab.ch/speakfree/windows. I didn't say I was developing Speak Freely, but some members of the Speakup community have made a modified version that has some features specifically for teh Speakup reflector and blends audio when two or more people talk at once so you can understand them instead of the horrible back and forth sound that you hear in the normal version.
