I see, these options are the same ones listed in my lilo.conf file produced by one of the slackware utilities. However, I tried the 790 and 791 options and the two CONFIG-FB options listed below and still no go. I see some documentation that claims that vesa 2.0 is necessary. How can I figure out what version of vesa or whatever I have? This higher resolution works fine under winblows 98, so I should be able to do it under linux 2.4.21 I would think.
