Well I'm planning on contacting the vendor of the product to see if its possible to install the software on the phone yourself. I have someone sighted to help me if I need it, so that's fortunate. Bc in my opinion, shipping the phone somewhere to have the software installed is just plain rediculous. I mean, its just a program that you install on a cell phone...I mean how hard can it possibly be? Also, have you handled the device you want to install this software on to be sure that you will like working with it? The 3650 has a dial pad that I have personally found unpleasant to use because I spent so much time finding the next button to push. It's not a typical touch-tone keypad.
