A long time ago I had a system with a floppy interface tape drive (I believe it was a qic80). I am trying to remember what it was set to in BIOS, and I think the answer is "none", don't quote me on that though. Unfortunately I can't tell you more then that, because this was in my DOS/windows days, before I ever heard of GNU/Linux.
