New Red Hat Linux/Fedora Core kernels.

The kernels are on disc1 and disc3, but the packages are constantly 
changing.  In other words, when you download the disks, you're getting the 
latest stuff.  If you can use rsync, the kernel and installer rebuild 
changes are about 233M.  If you can't, it will be necessary to download 
all three binary ISO's, sorry 'bout that.
