Well, sounds like your friend is lucky that nobody has ratted on him. You may not be the last person to break the agreement, but I wouldn't be surprised if you broke the agreement, and found your account terminated one day as a result. As Luke said in another message, you know the rules, and you can do whatever you want, but you don't need to defend your decision here.
