Running servers

In my opinion the isp shouldn't have anything to do with 
viruses/trojans. that should be up to the end user. if the end-user is 
stupid and has no protection then too bad for them.
my isp closed someones account once because they had a trojan or 
somethin g. it turned out they didn't have one at all and my isp was 
just being lazy or someting.
they can't run a network. they just blocked icmp 'to save bandwidth'
