I should say something here:

I do plan to read, and as appropriate comment upon, your ATC as soon as I
am able to give it my only slightly fragmented attention (I get no other
kind, these days).

As such, any comments of mine that are directly addressed therein, such as
the below, feel free to leave answered by your document as it stands--I
will see them.

Not that I have a problem with the below, I'm just saying...
