daisy reader for gnu/linux, listen-up!

Thank you, Ryan. That took care of the compile -- almost, anyway.

There's a slight error at the very end of make:


Create bin/dtbplayer begin...
g++ -o bin/dtbplayer ./src/DTBShare.o ./src/DTBPlayer.o
./src/DTBControl.o ./src/DTBText.o ./src/DTBAudio.o ./src/main.o
-L./src/api_lib -lmenu -lpanel -lncurses -lxml2 -lm -ldl -lc -laflib
/usr/bin/ld: cannot open output file bin/dtbplayer: No such file or
directory
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [bin/dtbplayer] Error 1
[root at toccata

So, I created bin/ by hand and reran make, and I have a lovely and
tantalizing dtbplayer to play with. 

So, I'm off to read some DAISY ...
