a couple of mgetty questions

Hi Cecil.

Which files are you referring to? /etc/passwd and /bin/login should keep the permissions/ownership they already have of course.

I suppose that I can chown mgetty to a single userid, but since that's run from /etc/inittab, I'm not sure if that would be doable.
