I'd be happy to put your HowTo on my website, just e-mail it to
ender3rd at wpi.edu and I'll take care of the rest easily enough.

As for viavoice for now just take the existing middleware program and
change the init, term, and say_word functions and that should be it,
assuming viavoice is similar to festival.
