Hmmm, if the Packmate won't float, then how about a braille note / voice note (grin)? There seem to be a couple of people on the notelinux list right now who seem to be fair game for the project on that device. It seems like nobody wants to get started now, but I suspect that may be in part due to the fact that nobody wants to potentially mess up a unit which they rely on a daily basis.
