I have encountered a strange bug with the version of lynx that comes with Redhat 8.0 namely Version 2.8.5dev.7 . They recently moved some web pages I wrote from one server to another and did a redirect. The above referenced lynx version does not respect index.html and you see a directory listing. Anyone who has lynx 2.8.5 dev.7 can verify this if you like by going to the following url: http://www.hpcc.noaa.gov/access. Links with an i and lynx 2.8.4 do not have this problem nor does Internet Exploder. Now the question is "how do I submit to bugtrack? Jim Wantz WB0TFK
