O T: Docbook problem resolved

Hi Scott,

I want to use gnopernicus, which is still under development. The
latest word is that the current version of the speech component
of gnopernicus is broken and it will be a few weeks until it is
fixed. Meanwhile it has braille and magnification which evidently
work, although I have no braille device and magnification would
be of no use here.
