I think those are the only two. Emergency and single are documented in the man page for init. Do a "man 8 init." A lot of other interesting options that can be passed to the kernel are in the bootparam man page. It is "man 7 bootparam." Actually, the 7 and 8 are probably not needed, but I put them in for clarity.
