wget ssl support

Hi:

Lynx requires libssl from the openssl packages in order to do ssl. But to
clarify, the original poster was asking about using ssl with wget.
Certainly, there doesn't seem to be a wget-ssl debian package which
suggests that it can't do it (well not in woody anyway)...but I don't know
for sure.

Geoff.
