Hi. At the moment there is no stable GUI screen readers on the market. However, Gnopernicus is under development, and it is shaping up to be a pretty good GUI screen reader when completed. It will have software speech, supports some braille displays, built in magnification, and what I can from the code it is going to be pretty good. You'll just have to hold onto your hat for a few months for it to get to a stable release.
