Lynx doesn't directly support this.  It will show you something like
[Refresh 0 Sec] and the URL.  They made it not support automatic refresh
due to the fact that they expected blind users with Braille displays to be
using Lynx and they wouldn't appreciate the page refreshing out from under
them.  IMHO, it should be a configuration option so that the user can
choose whether to support refresh or not.  As an asside, you can't disable
refresh in IE under Windows unless you are using the latest beta of Jaws
for Windows which finally implemented a feature to stop a page from
refreshing.
