Debian Install Disks

Yes, you have to say at least 
speakup_synth=dbltlk or whatever synth name is used for your synth.
The default is 'none' the default port is ttyS0 so that part should be
ok.

The README file proved to be rather vague; I frankly didn't get much
out of it at all.
