CVS Speakup broken

Yea I found this to be the case. I just put up a fresh tarball of
2.4.19 and CVS speakup patched fine. I also noticed that this version
of the kernel created a directory called linux-2.4.19 instead of the
usual linux. I just sym linked linux to it and all appears fine so
far. Now, off to see about the serial consol issues; I use a serial
speakout synth here so be interesting to know.
