Hi there, Once you have your own prompt back, providing the modem stays connected there's a good chance your ppp is working. If you still want to access things on your provider's machine instead of your own, you need to find out the name of the machine and use telnet or ssh to connect to it. otherwise, you can set up fetchmail to bring your mail down to your own machine and use pine from there.
