Yes, debian does indeed have todos and fromdos; they are right here on my system. They are both part of sysutils. By the way, if you ever want to find a package or something that may be contained in a package for debian, there are two (probably more) nice options. You can search your /var/lib/dpkg/available file with "more" "less" or in your favorite editor. Also, you can go to www.debian.org. choose the "search" link, then the "packages" link. You can either put your search term in the blank somewhere in those links or hit an additional link that says "search contents of packages". Then you fill in the field to which that takes you. No problem answering it onlist; just thought you might like to know some of your options. Cheryl
