It's supposed to be shift plus page-up, but I don't think Speakup pays any attention to this. I know that Brltty does, however. This doesn't help in a kernel panic situation, though. The good news is that the error that caused the panic is usually still on screen as it doesn't take long from an error condition to the panic. What is the panic you're getting anyway?
