Hi Scott, There's a check box (its the 3rd or 4th thing on the options page) entitled save changes to disk. If you don't tick that box, your changes only remain active for the current session. With it ticked they get saved in $HOME/.lynxrc where they will be re-loaded when you restart lynx.
