they claim rock solid support of win 2k and xp when infact, they have
video issues.

Well, there's the difference. Gw micro claims that msaa is the core of
wineyes since it's been introduced into window eyes. From what I've seen
of the functionality of window eyes 3.1, (I haven't used any newer
versions) I see no reason to doubt them.
