If you are talking about what Javascript code can do because it can open a lot of unwanted windows with a lot of unwanted information and other nasty tricks, you are right, but Java script code can't write to the computer client machine, so it is not a security problem. A bigger problem is Microsoft Data binding that can create more security holes.
