Kerry, This is, imho, but another symptom of what you have already spoken about. I won't start a flame war here about the order of quoted and original text, I've been there, there's no point, nobody will change my mind and I expect the feeling's mutual for those who hold the opposing view. All I will say is that it seems that if the original text is at the top, there seems to be a greater temptation to just hit send and let it go, no editting of what's underneath, though of course this is not universal.
