Hi,
I apologize to the list. I hadn't checked my lookout settings on this
install. It should now be correct.

Now, to the previous post about refurbed hardware, why not simply go with
new? I picked up the machine i'm on for $660 delivered. It's a amd athlon
xp 1700+ with 256mb ddr / 40gb/7200 rpm hd, etc. With a cheap lan adapter
and external synth it would be good to go. If there's a good linux ocr
package you might even want to bundle in a scanner. I.e. reading
machine/internet ready pc could probably be done for under $1500 depending
on the synth and scanner. Add in a service layer of tutorials and support
and you might have a good business plan. Given the tight budgets of most
state agencies, you might even could do a good business.

Regards,
Cecil
