emacspeak and festival.

No, Festival is not supported by emacspeak speech servers. On the other 
hand, the latest software speech support is for flite, the Festival Lite, 
which is not the same as Festival. Don't you love it?

If you can successfully compile Flite, then you'd need to get the cvs of 
emacspeak to get the eflite speech server.
Or, you can wait for Raman's next release which traditionally would be any 
dayb now.
