Hi, everyone. I have a question on something I belfieve to be a Speakup problem. I have a dectalk express, on /dev/ttyS0, and the pitch is set to 100. However, often when typing an email message, a document in Emacs, or so on the dectalk will get vary high in pitch, and will remain so until I open another vt, and send echo 100 >/proc/speakup/pitch to reset it. Any reason for why this happens, and anyway to fix this rather annoying problem? Thanks.
