Amanda - rms is the man's initials. The file type is .ogg (for ogg/vorbis). The ogg player in Linux is called ogg123, and although I am not a windows person, I am told there is a plug in for winamp that plays ogg/vorbis formats. Unlike mp3, ogg/vorbis is open source and considerably more efficient too.
