You can issue commands either by E-mail or by visiting the webpage, the URL for which is listed at the bottom of every single message. Sending a help command to speakup-request at braille.uwo.ca should help you with doing it via E-mail. If you have any problems, drop me a line and I'll see what I can do. Geoff.
