cut and paste

Naughty, naughty. You know you could just look at
defaultKeyAssignments in /usr/src/linux/Documentation/speakup.

key-pad-slash toggles mark and cut.
ins-keypad-slash pastes the marked screen memory to where you have
your reading cursor.
