Well, I tried this and trplayer connects to RealPlayer OK I guess but I only get silence!!! I tried it with a URL I have for fox news live and it buffers up briefly and then begins playing but I hear nothing. When I do this same thing with mpg123 it plays and I can hear it so I know my sound stuff is ok as far as I can tell. A check of mixer settings shows that everything seems to be set ok. I used rexima, a fine lookin mixer program. Remember, I can play sounds with play and with mpg123 but trplayer/RealPlay libraries yields silence even with local .rm files. Any more ideas?
